He started his career in 1999 in the Solution Selling industry in India and moved on to software project management and business development. After working in leading software houses like Microsoft and eDocuMAN FZ LLC, Ibrahim made a career shift from Sales and Marketing to HRM in 2006. He is currently marking time as the Vice President and the Head of the Learning and Development Division in a leading bank. He also serves as the Head of the Business Excellence team. His objective is to make associates more effective by motivating them to dream bigger, strive harder and achieve more. Ibrahim has conducted several multi day workshops in various countries of the world including UK, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, Sudan and all the GCC Countries.

He has published two papers on Employee Retention in the prestigious International Society of Organizational Research. He was also awarded the Asian HR Leadership award in 2012 by the confederation of businesses for his contributions to Learning and Development in the region. In 2014 he was awarded as the Rising Star by PSG Institute of Management. In 2018 he received the “Best Team Leader” award from the Dubai Human Development Award committee. He received the Shaikh Hamdan Award for the Most Distinguished Family in 2017. In 2018 he was also listed among the Global Top 100 Minds in Learning and Development by the World HRD Congress.
Professional duties aside, Ibrahim pursues the fulfillment of his self actualization needs by working for the society. He has conducted various personality development workshops for Youth, Parents, Teachers and youth in co operation with several leading CDA approved voluntary organizations.
Ibrahim also contributes to various forums and organizations including the Dubai Quality Award where he is currently contributing as a Team Leader. He also conducts soft skill trainings for bankers at the Emirates Institute for banking and financial studies.
